“Oltre”  is notable for its tasting notes a predominantly floral, where prevail the flavors of apple and pear Williams, with an important note of melon. This wine taste very fresh for the high acidity. Besides the wine is recommended for the combination with shellfish, raw fish and soups, but also perfect to be enjoyed as an aperitif.
